via @deathtokyotsu :"psa: the context is that the guy driving made a comment about the chicken tenders being off the menu to the lady and she ended up saying f*ck off which caught him off guard and prompted him to say it back, the guy came out swearing at him after the argument and then proceeded to escalate the situation coming at the car and then spit on him after he warned him he was going to pepper spray him, then the rock came.the officers were on the drivers side and after reviewing the FULL footage (which i can't show) decided to arrest and charge the man, completely uncalled for, unexpected and unprofessional on the restaurants side, not sure if the worker was having a bad day or what but it never should've happened.
