DESCRIPTION
New footage shows comedian Andy Dick sitting on a Hollywood sidewalk, drinking from a plastic cup and rambling incoherently. Witnesses say he seemed confused but alert, responding to people passing by.
This comes after decades of well-documented struggles and legal issues:
• In 2004, he was arrested for indecent exposure at a McDonald’s.
• In 2008, he was charged with drug possession and sxual battery, later receiving probation.
• In 2010, he was charged with sxual abuse in West Virginia for allegedly groping a bartender and a patron.
• In 2018, he faced misdemeanor battery charges for allegedly groping a woman and an Uber driver.
Dick has battled addiction and public incidents for years, and many fans believe this new video shows yet another low moment.
