Alberto Sanchez stood up in a Phoenix, AZ courtroom and gave an emotional statement about David Navidad-Parra, the Army veteran and West Point grad Abel Uribe murdered during a car sale back in 2022. On his way back to his seat, he caught Uribe laughing, turned around, and started punching him in the back of the head 4-5 times while he sat there in cuffs and leg chains. Deputies detained Sanchez and hit him with felony aggravated assault of a bound or restrained victim. Uribe walked out with life in prison.
