A woman was arrested after attempting to smuggle a large amount of heroin from Mexico into the United States Tuesday. The 47-year-old Arizona woman caught the border patrol officers' attention when she tried to enter the U.S. at a southern Arizona border crossing. She had taped almost three pounds of heroin to her buttocks. The heroin was wrapped in packages and stuffed into the back of the woman's jeans. The drugs had a value of $45,000. Posted By Persist
