DESCRIPTION
Outrage in Oklahoma. Jesse Butler was initially facing 78 years for allegedly r*ping and assaulting two high school girls, with one victim needing surgery on her neck after being "30 seconds from death." After completing a youthful offender program that included counseling and community service, a judge dismissed the case on his 19th birthday. The new DA is now calling out the decision and looking to refer the case to federal prosecutors.
