"On October 3, 2023, the Westlake Police Department received a call about a reckless driver on I-90 Eastbound. Patrolman Lorig was in the area and located the vehicle almost immediately. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 25-year-old driver stopped in the merge point for the on-ramp. The woman admitted to drinking "a lot" and had an open bottle of Patron in the vehicle. In addition, she was not wearing any pants. Instead of putting her pants on in her car, she elected to get out and put them on in the middle of I-90. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests and due to her obvious intoxication, she was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Impaired. When she wasn't flirting with Patrolman Lorig, she was telling him that she was a nurse and he should hold her accountable. She was transported to the Westlake police station, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.222% BAC.
