DESCRIPTION

Back in November 2021, deputies in Baker County, Florida pulled up on Curtis McLaughlin Jr. for the crime of eating his Taco Bell in an empty parking lot near closed businesses. When he refused to answer questions without reasonable suspicion, they arrested him for "loitering and prowling" — he even told the deputy, "You are a bad f***ing cop." Curtis pleaded not guilty and posted the bodycam footage himself, and by April 2022 the state attorney's office dropped all the charges after determining the arrest had no legal support.
