The inmates, dressed from head-to-toe in prison jumpsuits, were working in Pasco County, Florida when they saw the commotion coming from a nearby car park. A father had just strapped his one-year-old daughter Dallas into the carseat when he threw the car keys on the front seat and shut the door. The parents quickly started panicking when they realised there was no way of getting her out. Pasco County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Kevin Doll said that the parents could not afford a locksmith, and the father intended to break a window. Posted By Persist
