A bystander posted a mobile phone video of the passionate embrace online after spotting the cop stopping the pretty blonde in a red sports car in Puebla, Mexico.The person who filmed it claimed they began kissing after the woman asked the officer how she could 'fix things' to which he replied: 'However you want'.After the kiss, the video shows the woman return to her car as the police officer starts walking away .Local governors confirmed last night an investigation was underway.
