A Colorado man has won the lottery for the third time in 17 months for a total of $1 million. Most recently, Paul G. of Colorado Springs won $250,000 on Aug. 28, according to Colorado Lottery officials. Two weeks before that, he won $500,000. And in March 2017, he won another $250,000.
